International orders are shipped via express registered post and incur a $30 fee. International deliveries are expected to arrive within 5-7 business days once shipped.

Do you accept returns if I change my mind?
No, as each piece is made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind. You can find all our T&C’s and warranties here
How do I find my ring size?

What if my ring doesn’t fit?
That’s okay, we offer one free resizing. Please get in touch with us at info@toietmoimoissaniteco.com
When will I get my piece?
All pieces are made to order and have an approximate turn around time of 4-6 weeks, however, may take longer in peak periods such as Christmas holidays.

Clean
We recommend having your TOI ET MOI ring professionally cleaned once a year, with regular at home maintenance weekly with warm soapy water and a soft bristle brush.
Care
Keep your ring away from rough surfaces, direct sunlight and harsh chemicals. Ensure to store your TOI ET MOI ring in the ring box provided.
Rhodium Plating
For those of you who have purchased either a 14k or 18k White Gold ring, we recommend having your ring replated yearly, to ensure it stays a beautiful bright white.
