Warranty 

If you’re anything like me, you want your wedding band to be as long-life as the love you have with your partner. Our Moissanites are created to withstand the test of time, that's why we offer a lifetime guarantee on the brilliance, fire, and clarity of our Moissanites.

Our bands and settings have a 12-month jewellers warranty.

Our warranty does not cover damage as a result of improper use, handling or care of any TEMMJ piece.

Our warranty does not cover theft or loss of stone. We strongly recommend you insure your TEMMJ piece with an independent insurer. 

Our liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to:

- the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods (or the payment of the cost of the replacement or supply); 

or

-the repair of the goods (or the payment of the cost of the repair),

and we will determine, in our sole discretion, whether replacement or repair will be offered.

Any alterations or treatments to your TEMMJ piece will void the warranty.

The warranty is not transferable and only applies to original purchaser

You must retain your original receipt.

Refunds

Please choose carefully, as each of our pieces are made to order based on your specifications. We do not accept ‘change of mind’ returns or refunds on any of our pieces. 

Toi et Moi Moissanite Jewellers reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund to any client if:

• There is any sign of wear of the piece.
• It is made to order.
• It has undergone resizing according to your measurements.
• The wrong ring size was provided by the client.
• The client has had a "change of mind".
• Any faults can be corrected by our jeweller.
• There are signs that indicate the client has mishandled or intentionally defiled with the piece.

We ask that you please consider all details of your ring carefully before making your purchase - our team is available and happy to answer any questions and clarify any queries you may have prior to ordering.

We have a ‘cooling off’ period of 48 hours after your purchase has been made, in the event you would like to make any change to your piece or cancel your order. Once we exceed 48 hours post your original order, no further changes can be made and we then begin the crafting of your TEMMC piece.

We pride ourselves on our extremely high-quality craftsmanship and provide a Lifetime Warranty for all our Moissanites and a 12-month warranty on our bands and settings. If you have any concerns or issues with your TEMMC piece upon receiving it, please contact our team within 30 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Resizing

If your ring is not the correct size, we provide one free resize. Please contact us at info@toietmoimoissanitejewellers.com to start this process. If further resizing is required after the initial free resizing, this will incur a fee starting at $60. (Pricing is dependent on the resize required and if rhodium plating is required for white gold rings).
