Do you accept returns if I change my mind?
No, as each piece is made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind. You can find all our T&C’s and warranties here
How do I find my ring size?
Email us at info@toietmoimoissanitejewellers.com and we will send you a free ring sizer.
What are your shipping methods?
We ship everything express registered via Auspost. Please read our full shipping policy here
What if my ring doesn’t fit?
That’s okay, we offer one free resizing. Please get in touch with us at info@toietmoimoissanitejewellers.com
When will I get my piece?
All pieces are made to order and have an approximate turn around time of 4-6 weeks, however, may take longer in peak periods such as Christmas holidays.
